A new online ticketing system to better manage the hosting of Graduation was recently introduced.
The internally developed system will enable graduates to download tickets to their smart phones as a QR code or to print them out for access to the ceremonies at the Indoor Sport Centre.

The system will be activated for the Autumn Ceremonies in due course.
Each graduate who confirmed attendance will receive a ticket link to their own QR code for downloading their personal ticket and up to four additional ones for their guests.
Staff will either scan the QR codes of graduates and their guests or accept their printed tickets.
Entry to the ceremonies will not be permissible without a ticket in keeping with safety protocols and requirements.
